This wedding ceremony and reception had us working with the
sweetest couple! And, it was on one of
the nicest days of the year so far.
Their outdoor ceremony was held in a pergola accented with tulle swags
and a chandelier. The aisle was lined
with shepherd’s hooks holding pink floral pomander balls. The colors for the wedding were dusty pink
and purple accents and it was so pretty.
The bridal party got to choose their own dusty pink floor length dresses,
and they all complemented each other perfectly.
David and his groomsmen looked handsome in their grey tuxes and pink
floral boutonnieres.
To showcase the wedding’s colors, the tables all had white
floor-length table cloths. There were a
variety of centerpieces, from lanterns to tall vases with flowers on top. Katherine’s cake matched the colors also, as
it was three stacked white tiers accented with pink roses and baby’s
breath. David’s chocolate cake was
awesome! It looked like the ocean, and
on the ‘beach,’ there were palm trees, two fishing poles, two beach chairs, and
two edible starfish sitting in the chairs.
After a great night of fun and dancing, the reception came
to a close with the last dance. The guests
waved white ribbon wands as the newlyweds made their exit. The couple then climbed into a horse-drawn
carriage (a surprise from David to Katherine) and headed off. Congratulations David and Katherine!
