Congratulations Austin and Megan

With the colors of lavender and gold, this wedding reception was very pretty.  The tables had ivory floor-length tablecloths and the centerpieces were vases of baby’s breath and lavender.  Each centerpiece sat on a slice of wood surrounded by votive candles.  The gold chargers were topped with lavender napkins in gold rings.

The wedding cake was beautiful.  It had three stacked tiers with natural frosting lines.  Each tier was accented with ivory and lavender roses.  In lieu of a groom’s cake, there were chocolate chip cookies, mini apple pies and mini red velvet cupcakes.  The guests loved them all!

When it came to dancing, this crowd was great!  They packed the dance floor from the first song to the last, and we always love that!  To add to the fun, glow necklaces were handed out to the guests.  When the reception ended, the newlyweds ran through a shower of bubbles before heading off to their new life together.  Congratulations Austin and Megan!

Congratulations Alex and Victoria

We had beautiful weather for this Spring wedding reception.  The colors for the day were neutrals and light pink and they were carried out in the beautiful white and pale pink flowers.  The dinner tables had ivory floor length cloths topped by gold chargers.  Each place setting had a menu card and a cookie favor.  The cookies had tan frosting and pale pink monograms.  The gorgeous centerpieces alternated between candles surrounded by wreaths of flowers and floral arrangements in footed crystal vases.

Victoria’s three-tiered white cake was so pretty.  It had frosting lines in it and was accented with pink flowers.  The cake topper had the couple’s last name nestled in flowers.  Alex’ groom’s cake was awesome!  It was cupcakes frosted in ‘water’ with hand painted edible fish jumping out of the water.  It was perfect for a guy who loves to fish.  Later in the evening, the guests were surprised by an ice cream bar.  There were a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings, and the bar was a hit!

After the last dance, the evening ended when the newlyweds ran through a shower of bubbles and headed off.  Congratulations Alex and Victoria!

Congratulations Ryo and Sadie

This couple had such a fun wedding day!  With the wedding colors of black, blush, ivory and gold, it was as elegant as it was fun.  Guests arrived to find a large canvas ‘guest book’ which had silhouettes of Texas and California in the middle, and the couple’s names and wedding date.  The guests signed their names around the states.

The wedding started with a pretty ceremony in front of a beautifully decorated arch, with the aisle featuring lanterns and greenery.  During the cocktail hour, the room was flipped for the reception.  The guest’s dinner tables had floor-length black table cloths, and the lanterns from the ceremony did double duty as centerpieces.

After dinner, we moved on to the toasts.  Following the toasts, Sadie’s father and four friends from his acapella group performed two songs for the guests.  They were great!  The cake cutting followed.  Sadie’s white cake had four stacked tiers, all with frosting lines in them.  The cake was accented with pretty, soft pink roses that matched the bouquets and boutonnieres.  The gold Mr. and Mrs. cake topper had the couple’s last name on it.  Ryo’s two-tiered chocolate cake had greenery accents and didn’t last long!

When it came time to dance, we had some fun accents in the dance floor area.  We had soft pink uplights on the walls, and our 3’ silver marquee LOVE letters on the stage.  The marquee letters made a fantastic accent for dancing photos.  After a great night of dancing, the newlyweds were showered with bubbles before heading off.  Congratulations Ryo and Sadie!
