Congratulations Quentin and Rachel

This wedding, with the colors of maroon and blush, was elegant in its simplicity.  Rachel and Quentin got married in front of a pretty arch decorated with greenery and blush flowers.  Her bridal party wore floor-length maroon gowns, while Quentin’s groomsmen were in grey suits.  The flowers were blush and maroon.

The reception tables had off-white, floor-length linens topped with silver chargers and blush napkins.  The centerpieces were off-white lanterns with pillar candles and vases of baby’s breath, all sitting on wood slices.  For a guestbook, guests signed small wood hearts and dropped them into a framed box that the newlyweds can later hang in their home.  The wedding cake was perfect for: it had three off-white stacked tiers and only the middle tier had designs frosted onto it.  It was accented by a few blush pink flowers and a custom cake topper that had a bride and groom silhouette with cats at their feet.  I guess the couple has cats – I loved the topper!

There was a lot of fun on the dance floor.  Jumping up and down, a spontaneous Conga line, Quentin being lifted up in the air, and I could go on. After the great time dancing, the reception came to an end with the last dance.  The guests then lined up to shower the couple with bubbles before they headed off to their new life as a married couple.  Congratulations Quentin and Rachel!
