Congratulations Aubrie and Conner

This wedding was at a new venue, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! With the wedding colors of dark green, black, and gold, the day was dramatic and elegant. Aubrie wore an amazing off-white satin gown and carried a bouquet with a slight cascade, made of ivory and green flowers. After the ceremony, the guests headed outside to enjoy the cocktail hour under a tent.

The inside guest tables had black floor-length tablecloths and were topped by clear chargers with gold beaded rims. The centerpieces consisted of vases with floating candles accented with eucalyptus and baby’s breath. After enjoying a delicious dinner, we moved on to the cake cutting. The tall one-layer wedding cake was off white, with Just Married written on the top. The cake was surrounded by a variety of mini desserts, from cheesecake to tiramisu. After the toasts and special dances, everyone danced until the end. Instead of a formal exit, the newlyweds chose to stay and say farewell to their guests before they headed off. Congratulations Aubrie and Conner!

Congratulations Adrian and Luis

This whole wedding day was amazing, and we were so happy to be the Day of Coordinators! To start, the outdoor ceremony had flowers lining the aisle and hanging above the altar. Elegant music by a string quartet floated among the trees. When Adrian, clad in a blue suit, walked down the aisle with his parents, he was also escorted by his and Luis’ two dogs. Luis’ entrance was dramatic, as he wore an all-white suit with a 15-foot-long white satin train that was embellished with gold embroidery. While Adrian wore a boutonniere, Luis had a floral arrangement that covered his entire lapel. When guests moved to the cocktail hour, they were greeted by tasty appetizers and a live saxophonist. A large 4-foot-tall mirror displayed their table assignments and custom signs at the bar featured the dog’s faces along with the couples’ signature drinks. The entrance to the dining tables was flanked by two six-foot tall pillars of beautiful flowers.

When guests entered the gorgeous glass-walled Conservatory, they saw tables with high/low centerpieces of tall vases with floral arrangements or low vases of arrangements with the same flowers. Even the sweetheart table had two beautiful floral arrangements highlighting it. The five-tiered cake was a showstopper! The bottom tier was blue and off white with gold trim. The tiers above were off white with gold dusting on top. The gold topper said Mr. and Mr. with two grooms, along with two dogs. Cute!  Surrounding the cake were mini desserts and boxes for guests to take some desserts home.

Even the white outdoor tent was decorated fabulously. The ceiling was clear, with twinkling lights and three crystal chandeliers. We had our blue uplights around the tent to give off an elegant glow. To top it off, the dance floor was black and white checkered and there was a pretty floral display hanging about the DJs table. After a delicious dinner and the shoe game, guests enjoyed dancing before we stopped for the garter tosses. Following that, it was dancing until the last dance. The newlyweds made their exit through a shower of bubbles and headed off in an electric Model T car. Congratulations Adrian and Luis!

Congratulations Nathan and Alli

It was such a pleasure providing Day of Wedding Coordination for this couple. With the colors of black, white, and champagne, it was a very elegant wedding. The guest tables had floor-length white cloths topped by alternating high/low centerpieces. The tall centerpieces featured white flowers atop tall gold stands, with floating candles in vases below them. The low centerpieces had the same flowers, but they were surrounded by tea lights. Each place setting featured a gold charger with the guest’s names in balsa wood sitting on the chargers. At the church and reception, a live painter was painting the details of the day.

A LED sign of the couple’s last name hanging on a boxwood hedge wall provided the perfect backdrop for selfies while custom koozies and napkins sat on the bars. After eating a delicious fajita dinner, the guests enjoyed the cakes. Nathan’s cake was the T&M logo while Alli’s three tiered-stacked white cake was accented by white and ivory flowers. There was dancing all night long and the guests had a great time. When the reception came to a close, Nathan and Alli headed off through sparklers and drove away in a truck decorated for their big day. Congratulations Nathan and Alli!

Congratulations Andy and Jo

There is nothing like holding your union on the 1877 tall ship Elissa and your reception on Pier 21. While Jo and Andy were saying their vows in front the ship’s wheel, one of the nearby cruise ships departed and the passengers were waving and cheering for them! Jo’s soft pink dress with lace and beading was perfect for the day and she topped it with a pink floral wreath in her hair. The dinner tables had floor-length white tablecloths, with beautiful, pink, lace overlays and pink napkins.  The centerpieces were so pretty, with white and pink hydrangea accented with pink lilies. After a delicious dinner, the couple cut their cake. It was half chocolate and half vanilla, with a topper of a red motorcycle with a bride and groom on top. That was so cute! After enjoying the cake, music, and fun, the night came to close when Jo and Andy said farewell to their guests. Congratulations Andy and Jo!

Congratulations Gabriel and Lauren

This wedding reception was held in one of the prettiest church halls we’ve ever worked in: St. Helen in Pearland. It has tall ceilings with exposed beams and floor to ceiling, stained glass windows along two walls. To create a beautiful ambience and match the wedding colors of lavender and gold, we had our purple uplights lining the walls. That allowed us to turn off the overhead lights and create the right mood for the night. For the final touch, we had a beautiful GOBO monogram with Lauren and Gabriel’s names on the dance floor.

To go with the wedding colors, the guest’s tables had tablecloths alternating between white satin and gold sequin. The centerpieces alternated between lavender flowers and candles. All the chairs had white satin covers with gold sequin ties. It was very elegant. Behind the sweetheart table, there was beautiful pipe and drape at least 30 feet long. It had white satin and gold sequin fabric accented with cascading white and lavender flowers. In front of the pipe and drape there was a 7’ gold hoop arch draped in white flowers. They did a great job tying their wedding colors into their decor!

For a unique surprise for the guests, a taco truck showed up, serving made to order tacos and quesadillas. That was a hit! When the night came to a close after the last dance, Lauren and Gabriel chose to stay and say farewell to their guests before heading off. Congratulations Gabriel and Lauren!

Congratulations Chris and Loghan

Dusty blue and spring colors were perfect for this spring wedding.  First, the ceremony was held outside, with Chris’ father being the officiant. The bridal party wore floor-length dusty blue dresses while the groomsmen wore navy suits. All the flowers were in spring colors, and they were so pretty!  The guests entered the reception to find their table assignments displayed on a large mirror. The tables had floor length tablecloths with dusty blue runners and were topped by centerpieces with spring flowers and candles.

Loghan’s four-tiered, stacked, white cake was accented with spring flowers. Chris’ chocolate cake showed his love for basketball, the Houston Rockets, music, God and poker. What a mix!  To give a beautiful glow to the reception, we had our amber uplights around the room and behind the cakes. When it was dance time, the dance floor was packed from the first song to the last.  There were people jumping up and down, singing along, doing line dances, you name it. At one point, the groomsmen were tossing Chris in the air. They never stopped dancing!  When they weren’t dancing, they were taking hilarious pictures in our photo booth.  After the last dance, the newlyweds made their exit through a tunnel of sparklers. Congratulations Loghan and Chris!

Congratulations Fisher and Kelci

Saturday, we were so happy to provide Day of Wedding Coordination services for this fun couple. The ceremony was held in the beautiful gazebo at the historic Ashton Villa. The reception followed inside, where guests found a print of the venue that served as the ‘guest book.’  The guests signed around the venue and the print will look great hanging on the newlyweds’ wall. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Kelci and Fisher provided three different flavors of bread pudding, which the guests loved! When it was time to dance, it was non-stop dancing until the last song of the night. After the last dance, the newlyweds ran through bubbles before driving off in an electric Model T car. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. Congratulations Fisher and Kelci!

Congratulations and Happy Brithday Emily!

We had a great time celebrating Emily's 18th birthday and High School graduation. The details were unbelievable, from the 4 styles of centerpieces, a balloon arch, a decorated guest book table, a graduate themed charcuterie table and "Smart as a Cookie" custom decorated cookies. A food truck provided nachos and everyone loved them. When the guests weren't eating, they were having fun and
dancing. So much time and work was put into the party and it all paid off. We had our Magic Mirror photo booth and one group broke our previous record, by fitting 13 people in the booth! The party was a huge success and we were flattered to be a party of Emily's special day. Happy Birthday and Congratulations to Emily!

Congratulations Paul and Debbie

Yesterday we had the pleasure of providing the music and coordination for Paul and Debbie’s 50th Wedding Anniversary.  It was in the same location as where they got married 50 years ago!  First, the couple renewed their vows in a sweet ceremony.  The reception followed with dinner and their colors of gold and blue were carried out through the table centerpieces.  Then, Debbie and Paul fed each other cupcakes decorated in gold and blue.  The couple shared a sweet dance together before the dance floor was opened to everyone. The photographer provided a blue and gold sequined backdrop so guests could take fun selfies.  It was a perfect evening for everyone.  Congratulations Paul and Debbie!

Congratulations Jeff and Shari

What a beautiful wedding!  The ceremony was held on the lawn of the San Luis Resort, with palm trees and the ocean providing the backdrop.  To light the wedding aisle, string lights on the grass lit up the way.  It was our first time seeing that and it was so pretty!

This wedding had a rustic/boho theme with the colors of rust, moss green and champagne.  In the ballroom, we had amber uplights lining the walls, and they gave off the perfect glow to the room.  The tables had champagne-colored floor-length cloths and they were surrounded by chairs in champagne/gold colored satin.  The ivory and blush flowers were so pretty and they also included some dried accents while the gold chargers on the tables matched the feel of the day.  The three-tiered, stacked bride’s cake was accented by ivory and blush flowers, with one of our rustic, custom made cake toppers (yes, we make cake toppers).  Jeff’s owns a bicycle company, so his cake had a bike on it, on the sand in front of the ocean.  This couple thought of everything and it all came together beautifully.

After a great day of vows, food and dancing, the reception came to a close with the last dance.  The guests then waved LED glow sticks while Shari and Jeff made their exit in a Bentley.  Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Congratulations Alan and Marissa

We had a wonderful time with this fun couple!  Their wedding color was purple and our purple uplights made the ballroom glow with color.  The chapel and ballroom at the venue were both gorgeous.with the purple accents.  There were custom made shortbread cookies for the guests to munch on before enjoying dinner and wedding cake.  Marissa's cake had 3 stacked tiers in shades of purple while Alan's Texas-shaped cake was infused with alcohol. When the guests weren't dancing, they were taking hilarious photos in our photo booth.  We also provided Day of Coordination services for these newlyweds and it was a pleasure seeing them enjoy their wedding.  It was a great day! Congratulations to Marissa and Alan!

Congratulations Jason and Sammie

This wedding reception was elegant during the cocktail hour and dinner and then turned into a great dance party later.  The dinner tables were pretty, with beautiful flowers surrounded by lots of glowing candles. After dinner and cake, this crowd went right to the dance floor and never left! Our uplights around the room added to the party feel and our photobooth was a big hit!

When the night came to a close, everyone enjoyed the last dance before the newlyweds ran to their car through a tunnel of sparklers.  Congratulations Sammie and Jason!

Congratulations James and Gisella

We had a wonderful time providing DJ, Lighting and Wedding Planning services at James and Gisella's wedding. Maison de Veaux, a newer venue where we had never worked before, was beautiful.  Gisella glided down the grand staircase before walking down the aisle.  The wedding color was lavender and our light purple uplights made the ballroom glow with color.  It was gorgeous! The couple’s choreographed first dance was amazing, and afterwards the guests enjoyed dancing the night away. It was a perfect wedding day. Congratulations James and Gisella!
