Congratulations Adrian and Luis

This whole wedding day was amazing, and we were so happy to be the Day of Coordinators! To start, the outdoor ceremony had flowers lining the aisle and hanging above the altar. Elegant music by a string quartet floated among the trees. When Adrian, clad in a blue suit, walked down the aisle with his parents, he was also escorted by his and Luis’ two dogs. Luis’ entrance was dramatic, as he wore an all-white suit with a 15-foot-long white satin train that was embellished with gold embroidery. While Adrian wore a boutonniere, Luis had a floral arrangement that covered his entire lapel. When guests moved to the cocktail hour, they were greeted by tasty appetizers and a live saxophonist. A large 4-foot-tall mirror displayed their table assignments and custom signs at the bar featured the dog’s faces along with the couples’ signature drinks. The entrance to the dining tables was flanked by two six-foot tall pillars of beautiful flowers.

When guests entered the gorgeous glass-walled Conservatory, they saw tables with high/low centerpieces of tall vases with floral arrangements or low vases of arrangements with the same flowers. Even the sweetheart table had two beautiful floral arrangements highlighting it. The five-tiered cake was a showstopper! The bottom tier was blue and off white with gold trim. The tiers above were off white with gold dusting on top. The gold topper said Mr. and Mr. with two grooms, along with two dogs. Cute!  Surrounding the cake were mini desserts and boxes for guests to take some desserts home.

Even the white outdoor tent was decorated fabulously. The ceiling was clear, with twinkling lights and three crystal chandeliers. We had our blue uplights around the tent to give off an elegant glow. To top it off, the dance floor was black and white checkered and there was a pretty floral display hanging about the DJs table. After a delicious dinner and the shoe game, guests enjoyed dancing before we stopped for the garter tosses. Following that, it was dancing until the last dance. The newlyweds made their exit through a shower of bubbles and headed off in an electric Model T car. Congratulations Adrian and Luis!
