The wedding started with a pretty ceremony in front of a beautifully
decorated arch, with the aisle featuring lanterns and greenery. During the cocktail hour, the room was flipped
for the reception. The guest’s dinner
tables had floor-length black table cloths, and the lanterns from the ceremony
did double duty as centerpieces.
After dinner, we moved on to the toasts. Following the toasts, Sadie’s father and four
friends from his acapella group performed two songs for the guests. They were great! The cake cutting followed. Sadie’s white cake had four stacked tiers,
all with frosting lines in them. The
cake was accented with pretty, soft pink roses that matched the bouquets and boutonnieres. The gold Mr. and Mrs. cake topper had the
couple’s last name on it. Ryo’s two-tiered
chocolate cake had greenery accents and didn’t last long!
When it came time to dance, we had some fun accents in the dance floor
area. We had soft pink uplights on the
walls, and our 3’ silver marquee LOVE letters on the stage. The marquee letters made a fantastic accent
for dancing photos. After a great night
of dancing, the newlyweds were showered with bubbles before heading off. Congratulations Ryo and Sadie!
