This evening wedding featuring the color of turquoise was so
pretty. The Ceremony took place under a
huge oak tree with a large chandelier hanging from it. Turquoise and white lanterns lined the aisle
and turquoise and white umbrellas accented the last row of chairs. The Reception matched the colors as well, as
the tables had white cloths and were surrounded by white garden chairs. The centerpieces consisted of white lanterns
atop turquoise fabric. Each table also
had a framed picture of Jessica and Jeff and a vase with orange and yellow
flowers. The Bridal Party wore
turquoise
dresses and carried bouquets of yellow and orange flowers while the Groomsmen
wore white shirts, suspenders and blue ties.
Jessica’s cake matched the colors of the day with its three
white stacked tiers accented by orange and yellow flowers. Since both Jeff and Jessica work at NASA,
Jeff’s funfetti flavored Groom’s cake featured the NASA “meatball” logo on the
top. Their favors also matched the
wedding colors, as they were individual packets of tea, wrapped in turquoise
covers stating “Love is Brewing.”
After an elegant and fun evening, the night came to a close
with everyone joining in the Last Dance.
The Newlyweds then ran through sparklers before climbing into a fully
restored classic yellow Thunderbird and heading off to their new life
together. Congratulations Jeff and
Jessica!
