This ceremony and reception, with the colors of blush and
gold, were pretty as well as fun. The
bridal party wore different styles of blush dresses, all with blush
sequins. The guys looked great with
their blush ties. The tables matched as
well, as they all had ivory floor length linens with two different styles of
centerpieces. Some were white lanterns
filled with candles and other were low vases filled with ivory and blush
flowers. All the flowers had accents of gold
baby’s breath, which gave them a romantic look.
The flowers and lanterns matched the ceremony décor, which had white
lanterns lining the aisle and candelabras with white and blush flowers.
The cakes were also perfect for the wedding. Brittany’s white cake had three stacked
tiers, all decorated with ruffled layers of frosting. Each tier had a gold glitter band around the
bottom. The cake topper was white and
blush flowers with gold baby’s Thomas’ cake reflect his fire-fighting
career. The cake looked like a coiled up fire hose. How cool!
breath, matching the centerpieces and bouquets.
There were three types of favors at this wedding. One favor was an old-fashioned key, which also
works as a bottle opener. A key at a
wedding means “key to my heart.” Another
favor was a little bag filled with two tiny, magnetic, 2” high people in hand-painted
Vietnamese attire, reflecting Brittany’s heritage. Those
were so cute! The other favors were
blush koozies, customized in gold with Thomas and Brittany’s names and wedding
date. Instead of a guest book, this
couple had a poster sized print of part of a map in a heart, along with their
names and wedding date. Guests signed
all around the heart and later, the couple can hang the print in their home.
When the guests weren’t having fun in our photo booth, they
had a blast on the dance floor. After
the last dance ended, the couple ran out under an arch of sparklers, which was
the perfect ending to their day.
Congratulations Thomas and Brittany!
