Congratulations Patrick and Moni

This wedding reception, with a Christmas theme, was so pretty! The colors of burgundy, dark green and gold added an elegant accent. The tables had floor-length burgundy tablecloths and white napkins. Each place setting had a gold charger with a green or red burgundy Christmas cracker favor. The centerpieces were wreaths with lights, and inside them were candles and assorted Christmas themed items. They were all surrounded by more candles. All the pillars in the venue were wrapped in white fairy lights and the stage featured garland of greenery and lights. To go with the theme, there was a Christmas tree on the stage, with red and gold presents underneath. There was a display of wrapped presents, greenery and lanterns in front of the stage. The room was a Christmas wonderland!

The five-tier, white wedding cake matched the theme, with red poinsettias cascading from the top to the bottom. The topper had a bride and groom in front of a Christmas tree and the cake sat on a gold stand. The bridesmaids matched the colors, as they were wearing beautiful floor-length dark green dresses, and the groomsmen wore dark green vests and ties under their black tuxes. The bouquets were gorgeous, with white roses, red berries and assorted Christmas greenery. They smelled wonderful! I loved Moni’s elegant gown: it was long sleeved, floor length, white satin with no embellishments except for a bling belt. It was classic and timeless and perfect for Moni.

For a special treat, the caterer brought out empanadas as a late-night snack. The dancing was a hit, especially when there was a square dance! Moni had the mic and called out the moves while the guests danced. That was fun! Following a private last dance in the ballroom, the couple went outside and made their exit under a shower of bubbles.  Congratulations Patrick and Moni!
