This fun-loving couple had the perfect reception. They wanted a party and they got it! The dance floor was crowded from the first
song to the last. Michael is Scottish,
so they did a dance called Stripping the Willow. We played a Scottish song while Michael’s
sister led the guests through the steps.
I don’t know if they did it perfectly, but it was awesome and everyone
loved it. At one point, one of the
guests picked Michael up and spun him around.
To follow that, Michael picked up Lindsay and spun her around. Twice, a spontaneous conga line broke
out. This was a fun-loving couple, with
fun-loving guests!!
For the ballroom, they had tables with white floor-length
table cloths. The centerpieces consisted of low glass vases filled with one
dark red rose, greenery and candles. The
cake was so pretty. It had white stacked
tiers accented with dark red and blush roses.
The cake flowers matched the beautiful bouquets. For a unique guest book, the guests wrote
notes to the couple on Jenga blocks.
After the last dance for everyone, followed by a private
last dance for the newlyweds, the couple made their exit as the guests blew
bubbles. Congratulations Michael and
Lindsay!
