Congratulations David and Madison

This was the third wedding reception we’ve done with this family and we’ve had a great time with all of them!  The colors of this wedding were cranberry and grey: perfect for December.  The bridal party wore cranberry-colored long dresses while the groomsmen wore grey suits with cranberry ties.  The flowers were gorgeous: shades of ivory and dark red, with red seasonal berries.  The head table had greenery running the length of it, accented with pinecones and red berries.  The guest tables matched, with ivory floor-length satin cloths.  The centerpieces were vases filled with cranberries and floating candles, sitting on a slice of wood.  There were holly and ivy winter accents around the room to complete the look.

When the guests arrived, they signed nontraditional guestbooks: two custom, wood cornhole boards.   For favors, each place setting had a hot chocolate mix, with the words, “Let love keep you warm.”  So cute!  The 2-tiered cake was sitting on a wood stand and had greenery and red berries accenting the tiers.  The   To make it even better, there was a table with mini bundt cakes in assorted flavors.  Everyone loves those!  The cool thing about the cake is that it was suspended from the ceiling!

To kick off the dancing, this couple started with The Grand March.  Except for four people, everyone in the room joined in.  It lasted 12 minutes and was followed by the couple’s first dance.  When the dancing kicked off, it was non-stop fun from beginning to end.  There was even a spontaneous Conga Line.  When the Aggie War Hymn was played, the Aggies packed the dance floor.  These families know how to have a great time!  When the night came to an end, the newlyweds said farewell to their guests before heading off.  Congratulations David and Madison!
