Congratulations Matt and Rochelle

This wedding Reception was special to us, as we DJ’d Rochelle’s brother’s and sister’s Receptions in the past and we knew we were going to have a great time: their family and friends are so much fun!  As we expected, they danced from the first song to the last, and enjoyed all kinds of music.  What a great group!

The colors for this wedding were navy and mint green accents and they were carried out in the bridesmaid’s dresses, the favors and the flowers.  The Bridal Party wore pretty navy knee-length dresses and carried baby’s breath bouquets while Rochelle carried a bouquet of white roses and blue hydrangeas.  For favors, there were small white boxes at each place setting tied with navy string and featuring a mint green tag that thanked the guests for coming.  Nestled in navy tissue paper were small heart-shaped cookies.  For another special treat, as the guests finished their seating meal, plates of assorted chocolates were brought out for each table.

Rochelle’s four tiered white cake matched the colors as well, as it had navy and mint colored flowers accenting the tiers.  The topper was so cute!  It was two little peg people dressed like Princess Leia and Han Solo.  Matt’s chocolate cake was in the shape of Texas, and it had a little red heart where Houston is located.  I guess that symbolizes the place where these two met and fell in love.  Sweet!

As the night came to a close, everyone joined in the Last Dance before wishing the Newlyweds farewell.  Congratulations Matt and Rochelle and enjoy your Hawaiian honeymoon!
