Congratulations Gray and Elissa

With the colors of navy and ivory with gold accents, this reception was very elegant.  The tables had white linens and centerpieces of ivory and blue flowers. The chairs had white satin covers with navy ties.  The favors were in small gold satin bags at each place setting.  To add a beautiful candlelight glow and tie in with the gold, we had amber Uplights highlighting the room.

Elissa’s elegant four tier stacked cake matched the wedding colors as well, as it had alternating gold and white tiers all accented with flowers.  Gray’s cake was for his alma mater: it was a white cake with a UT Longhorn on the top.  As a nod to Gray’s love for sports, when he tossed the garter it was wrapped around a football that the lucky catcher got to keep.

After the cake cutting, toasts and special dances, the dance floor was open to all.  The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last: this crowd loved to dance!  They were singing along, jumping up and down and having a blast.  To add to the fun atmosphere, glow necklaces were handed out to the dancers.

When the night came to a close, the Newlyweds ran through a shower of dried flower confetti, climbed into their decorated car and headed off to their Hawaiian honeymoon.  Congratulations Gray and Elissa!

Congratulations Eddie and Mari

This wedding featured the colors of royal blue and yellow and they were carried out in the wedding party attire and flowers.  The Bridesmaids wore pretty royal blue satin dresses and carried bouquets of yellow sunflowers with blue accents.  The groomsmen wore grey suits with royal blue satin ties and they looked perfect for this summer, outdoor ceremony.  There were a few cute touches for the ceremony that we really liked.  One was the sign bearer, who carried a satin embroidered banner saying “Here comes the bride.”  At the end of the ceremony he carried it with the opposite side showing, that said “Just married.”  The ring bearer carried a little white boat with blue accents with a white satin lining, and the rings were nestled inside.  The boat was just right for this waterfront ceremony.

The reception was decked out to match the wedding colors as well, with white table cloths and centerpieces of yellow flowers surrounded by candles.  Mari’s cake was so pretty with its three stacked white tiers and yellow floral topper.  Eddie’s chocolate cake was a hit with the guests as well.  Later came the bouquet and garter and lots of fun dancing before the night came to a close.  Everyone enjoyed the Last Dance before the Newlyweds ran through sparklers, got into an antique car and headed off to their new life as a married couple.  Congratulations Eddie and Mari!

Congratulations Josh and Amanda

This wedding featured the color of turquoise, which was perfect for the beach theme.  The tables had beautiful embroidered overlays over white tablecloths and the chairs had white satin covers with turquoise sashes.  The lantern centerpieces had candles surrounded by sea shells.  To tie everything together, we had turquoise Uplights highlighting the room.

Both Amanda and Josh’s cakes matched the wedding theme.  Amanda’s had three white stacked tiers with turquoise flower accents and two beach chairs making up the topper.  Josh’s cake was decorated to look like the beach, with sand and a boat sailing on the water.  The guest book also matched the beach theme and was something I hadn’t seen before.  It was a framed print of the outline of different sea life in white on a turquoise background.  The guests signed on the different fish.  It was really cute!  To tie in with the theme even more, Amanda, Josh and the members of their wedding party were all in flip flops.

After a night of fun and dancing, the night came to a close when the Newlyweds ran through a shower of bubbles, climbed into a limo and headed off to their new life as a married couple.  Congratulations Josh and Amanda!
